BBC News reports the Highland Council has offered funding for the outreach programme which would see artists and writers hold workshops in schools - the first time the event has secured funding from Highland Council and a great boost for all the hard work organisers Vicky Stonebridge and Richmond Clements have been putting into the convention and their work promoting comics.
