First memory of 2000AD?
Hard to say, I think I picked up a copy in a charityshop as a kid in the very early 1980's and was instantly sucked into Mega City and Nu-Earth and all those other fabulous places with bat-crazy characters and stories.
Favourite Character or Story?
In terms of characters there's so many to choose from, it's probably the classic trio of Judge Dredd, Johnny Alpha and Rogue Trooper - though Chopper has a haunting quality about him also.
Story-wise recently I've enjoyed Angel Zero by Kek-w and John Burns.
What do you like most about the 2000AD?
It's British SF that's consistently good quality and entertaining.
What would you most like to see in 2000AD as it heads to its Forties?
Doing what it continues to do, but also taking risks like when it first started, new writers and artists to keep it fresh.
